FERTILITY COACHING

You don't have to do this alone

I've walked this road too.

Fertility coaching is the missing link between you, your clinic and the care you're receiving. It's the support that sits alongside your medical care someone in your corner who understands the whole picture, not just the protocol.

Whether you're trying naturally, navigating IVF or considering treatment abroad, I'm here to help you make sense of it all. I can help you understand your results, prepare for appointments, make sense of your options and stay grounded when the process feels overwhelming.

You don't have to figure this out alone. I'm here to walk alongside you and your partner practically and emotionally so you feel informed, supported and more in control of your fertility care.

You deserve someone in your corner who gets it.

4 Month Fertility Preparation Programme

Four months to prepare, understand and feel more in control

Ideally, we begin around four months before you plan to start trying to conceive. These four months give us time to step back, look at the bigger picture and make sure you feel as prepared and supported as possible before you begin trying.

We start with a comprehensive fertility assessment and detailed case history, looking at your health, menstrual cycle, medical history, lifestyle, medications, nutrition, previous investigations and any fertility concerns considering both partners where relevant.

From there, we'll identify what may be worth exploring, what questions to ask and where there may be opportunities to support your health before you begin trying.

Over the four months, we'll work through your personalised fertility plan together. I'll help you make sense of your investigations, prepare for conversations with your GP or fertility clinic, and understand your options if further support or treatment is needed.

You'll have guidance as you put your plan into practice, rather than being handed a list of things to do and left to figure it all out alone.

What's included

Your personalised fertility assessment
A detailed review of your health, history, menstrual cycle and fertility factors.

Your fertility roadmap
A clear, personalised plan based on what we uncover together, with practical steps to work through over the four months.

Understanding your investigations
Guidance to help you understand the tests and results that may be relevant to your situation, and the questions you may want to take back to your GP or fertility clinic.

Preconception preparation
Supporting your health and wellbeing in the months before you begin trying to conceive.

Treatment & IVF guidance
If treatment becomes part of your plan, I'll help you navigate the information, decisions and questions that come with it so you don't feel like you're trying to figure it all out alone.

Mindset & emotional support
Space to talk through the emotional side of fertility, manage overwhelm and stay grounded when things don’t go exactly to plan. You’ll also have a dedicated manifesting session with Tanya from Manifesting Baby, as part of the programme. Tanya brings a powerful focus on mindset, positive thinking and manifesting, helping you create a more positive and supported mindset as you move through the process.

Ongoing support
Regular check ins throughout the four months to see how things are progressing, answer questions and adapt your plan as needed. Support is available through Zoom, in person sessions and WhatsApp between appointments.

Recommended acupuncture support
I always recommend acupuncture as part of your personalised plan, tailored to your individual needs and where you are in your fertility process.

Considering IVF abroad? You don't have to navigate it alone.

I spent three years travelling back and forth to Prague for IVF, so I know what it's like to make the decision to leave Ireland and put your fertility treatment in the hands of a clinic abroad.

There is a lot to think about travelling to another country, navigating a different healthcare system, arranging appointments and accommodation, and simply knowing what to expect.

My own experience with Gennet was incredibly positive. I found the clinic efficient, the coordinators supportive and the international team easy to communicate with. Most importantly, I felt well looked after throughout the process.

And now I can help you navigate it too.

If you're considering Gennet, I can share what I learned from doing it myself from preparing for your trip and choosing accommodation, to understanding how the process works and knowing what to expect when you arrive.

I'll help you prepare, talk through your questions and be a familiar face here in Ireland when everything starts to feel overwhelming.

I've been there. I know how it feels.

And if Gennet is the path you choose, I'm here to help you navigate it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You might be thinking about starting a family and wondering where to begin.

Maybe you're planning to start trying in the next few months and want to feel prepared rather than simply hoping for the best.

Maybe you've already started trying and you're beginning to wonder whether there are things you should be looking into.

Maybe you've had fertility investigations, a previous pregnancy, a loss, or fertility treatment and want someone to help you make sense of what comes next.

Or perhaps you're considering IVF, including treatment abroad, and want someone in your corner who understands both the practical and emotional side of it.

Wherever you are starting from, you don't have to work it all out alone.

This might be for you
