Where it all began

I never set out to become an acupuncturist. I simply wanted to feel well again.

For years I struggled with digestive issues and the effects of chronic stress. Like many of my clients, I was searching for answers. Acupuncture became a turning point. It helped me reconnect with my health in a way I hadn't experienced before, and I remember thinking, "Why doesn't everyone know about this?"

That question changed the direction of my life. I went on to train as an acupuncturist so I could help others experience the same sense of healing and hope that I had found.

Then life changed everything

Just as my career was beginning, life took me on a journey I never expected.

My partner and I spent several years navigating fertility challenges, IVF and the emotional highs and lows that come with trying to build a family. Alongside the hope came uncertainty, heartbreak and moments of feeling completely alone. While the medical care was exceptional, I often felt there was a missing piece someone to explain, support and simply walk alongside us.

Our journey eventually brought us the greatest gift imaginable: our beautiful triplet boys.

Their arrival brought immense joy, but it also introduced a high risk pregnancy, time in NICU and the emotional transition into motherhood. Like many parents, I realised that surviving an experience and processing it are two very different things.

The practitioner I became

Those experiences changed not only my life but the way I wanted to care for others.

I became a Fertility Coach because I never wanted anyone to feel as overwhelmed or unsupported as I once did. Fertility treatment can be isolating, confusing and emotionally exhausting. Sometimes what people need most is someone in their corner someone who understands both the practical decisions and the emotional weight they carry.

My experiences led me to undertake further training in Perinatal Mental Health, allowing me to support individuals and couples through pregnancy, birth, NICU experiences, birth trauma and the profound transition into parenthood.

Every qualification I've completed has been driven by one simple question:

"How can I support my patients better?"
